Background
Pulse and Water Nigeria has been running since 2004. The aim then, and still is now, to encourage and influence good quality home grown teachers in Nigeria and across the African continent. This may seem an ambitious project to some, however, it is interesting to see what ripple effects small steps can make.
Pulse and Water set up and ran the Private Schools’ Forum (PSF) from 2004 to 2013. Since then, a variety of organisations delivering similar aims have grown. These organisations are making a positive difference to the development of teachers and school leaders in the private sector in Nigeria.
At Pulse and Water we intend to continue to bring new ideas to make a positive difference to education in Nigeria and beyond.
OUR MISSION IN NIGERIA
Our mission is to achieve educational excellence in line with global standards through continuous staff development. We achieve this through giving seminars and workshops on topical and school improvement issues.

Founder
Our Principal Consultant, Dr. Temi Ladenika, is a Proprietor of Pulse and Water College UK (an independent school) and a Senior Lecturer at a UK university.
Qualifications: BA (Hons) in Education (University of Ife, Nigeria); M.Ed. in Educational Psychology (University of Lagos, Nigeria); M.A.Ed in Educational Management (Open University, UK); M.B.A.Ed International in Educational Leadership (University of Hull, United Kingdom); Ed.D Doctorate in Education (Open University, UK)
